The arrival of jet planes revolutionized the world of air travel, a Boeing 707 was able to travel from Paris to New York in eight hours with 180 passengers – twice as many as a propeller-driven Super Constellation, which took over 14 hours for the same journey. The DRZ 04 “Mondial” draws inspiration from this exciting time.

This watch is lovely. Both minimalist and precise but still with life. Charming like the Timex clocks on the wall when I was in grade school. The indices are tiny nut intricate drops. Bracelet is light but feels very well done. I got a perfect fit, thought I do like it loose. For the last 2 years, I’ve been wearing nothing but my green Longines Hydroconquest for all occasions, including my very formally suited job, so splashing out on a new watch was very purposeful and I waited a long time. This piece has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would have even been willing to pay more for a decorated movement, but this is still dope sauce. Really really well done. Super clean and slips right under the cuff of my suit. Total keeper. I ordered the white strap. Thanks!
